An invitation to interested parties:
WILDLIFE WALK IN WALDEN SUNDAY SEPT. 25, 7:30AM,
with Kevin Calhoon, Assistant Curator of Forests, Tennessee Aquarium.
Mr. Calhoon is carrying out followup inventory and assessment walks on the McCoy Farm and
Gardens campus at our request in order to provide material for planning and direction as well as
documentation of progress.
On Mr. Calhoon’s first visit, on May 31, 2015, he recorded 26 species of birds and 1 mammal. He
noted a diversity of habitat types that would support a variety of species.

dossier that will inform our efforts to restore and maintain this priceless green space.
