The McCoy Farm & Gardens is available for events of all sizes, such as weddings, wedding receptions, reunions, picnics, club and group meetings, fundraising events, dinners, concerts and birthday parties.
It would be a pleasure to show you the property and talk about what you have in mind. There are both indoor and outdoor locations for events. We now have white rectangular indoor/outdoor tables and matching chairs to seat 130 for rent.
The following charges apply for use of areas of the property:
$150 per hour for house and surrounding grounds
$100 per hour for pavilion and surrounding grounds
$150 per hour for tented-only events
$50 per hour for a portion of grounds without buildings
$250 per hour for house, pavilion and surrounding grounds (total property event)
The minimum rental is two hours. Clubs, churches, and other nonprofit organizations may receive a discount.
For weddings and other larger events, please inquire about a set price rental.

If you are hosting an Event at the McCoy Farm & Gardens, you may need event insurance. If you choose to serve alcohol, the event insurance is required.

You may also inquire with your homeowner’s insurance and get a special event endorsement from them.
